It Ain't Our Fault!!
In today's Fresno Bee, the Energy Secretary with regard to global warming was quoted as saying "We are a small contributor to the overall problem..." In the next paragraph however, there was this statement: "The United States, with about 5% of the world's population, contributes about a quarter of the greenhouse gas emissions, more than any other country."
Is our Energy Secretary a liar or a fool?
